Dragonfly pics in other colours

These are some more dragonfly pictures I took in our garden. There was a dragonfly with a dark blue head and the rest of his body was of a bright red. I wanted to take his picture and ran to get the camera, but just as I wanted to click his picture one of our cats jumped at him and he flew away. Too bad that I wasn’t able to click his picture; you don’t see dragonflies with 2 bright colors that often in our garden. You won’t find dragonflies with a turquoise head that easily in our garden also. The head of the turquoise headed dragonfly below looks a little bit like the head of a turquoise painted monkey with big green eyes;)

Dragonfly in love!

 You can find lots of dragonflies in lots of different colours in our garden. This pink read-headed photogenic dragonfly didn’t even fly away when I held the camera right in front of his face, as if he was blind or could he have fallen in love with the branch? Could ‘love is blind’ also be meant literally? I actually don’t know what he exactly was doing holding onto the branch; looks like he was kissing it. Could that be the reason of his read head? Hmmm… that will remain a secret between the beautifully winged read-headed dragonfly and the branch...hehe. I was able to click pictures from all sides without much effort. I think he or maybe she looks adorable and in love!

Ankle-Straps

Look what I’ve found! **** Shoebaloebaloeee…SHOES!!! I like these ankle-straps.;)
Sorry guys, this is a women’s thing. You guys get the credit for buying them for us.:) Maybe you guys can buy a pair a of these shoes for your gf(‘s) or wife or maybe your sweet sister. You would make their day if they like these kinds of shoes.



I like this T-strap in the available soft-brown colour, great for at office.

This one would go very well with a black dress and a matching handbag.

Cool-looking espadrille, I actually like braided things, especially handbags.

 

This one is my favourite of all the shoes I’ve placed out here. It has a very cute bow at the back. Looks very elegant.

I like this one in the available shiny purple colour, all those strings gives it a sexy look.

Very soft and elegant-looking, the ribs make this shoe special.

I actually have a T-strap sandal on my shoe-rack that looks a little bit like this one, though this one has double straps.

This one looks very cute, especially in pink. I think this one would be nice for campus or maybe the cinema or grocery store or just for a day out with friends.

Canon cameras

I've taken the pictures on this blog with my dad's 7.1 MP Canon Digital IXUS75. You can find Canon cameras in 21.1 MP nowadays, but they're pretty expensive for me at the moment. I'm actually thinking of getting a very good Canon camera for myself somewhere in the future.;)
